Genuine Raw Carnelian is encased in brass with gold plating to create a unique pendant. Pendant is approximately 1/2" wide.

A genuine carnelian gemstone is capped with a gold plated bail, and hangs from a delicate chain.

Chain is brass with gold plating, approximately 16" from clasp to end, but can extend an additional 1.5"L.

Interactions with salt water, chlorine, high humidity, sweat & other chemicals like perfume, lotions, hair sprays, will dull the metal & most likely discolor. Over time the plated gold will eventually wear off.
