Processing your order

Thank you for your order!  

We will ship out within 3-5 business days if not sooner.  Your order will be sent USPS priority with a transit time of 1 to 3 business days.  If you need your order faster, please contact us first so we can confirm your delivery requirements. Keep in mind, faster shipping service will likely be an additional cost, but hey when you need good vibes, you need them!

All items purchased on the site will come gift boxed.  If you would like several items included in the same gift box with ribbon please let us know.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, sadly we had some issues shipping internationally, but hope to revisit shipping internationally soon. 

Returns

Any unworn merchandise can be returned for a full refund by sending it back to Soul Stonz within 14 business days of receipt of product. 

Personal items like perfumes, lip-gloss, soaps, bath bombs are ineligible for return due to sanitary and hygienic issues.

All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for this event.
However, if you're unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to another person for this event.  Please notify us in advance via email with the name of the person who will be attending in your place.

PLEASE send your return through a traceable carrier so loss can be avoided.  Exchanges are eligible up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
