Half Moon Gemstone Necklace - Labradorite Large

Faceted gemstones in the shape of half a circle or half moon.  I just love these stones and find something magical about the way they lay so beautifully on the neck.  This simple necklace is perfect by itself or layered with other necklaces.

Necklaces are handmade using 14K Gold filled chain and clasps, genuine gemstones.  Total Length is approximately 17.5" total from clasp to end, which include approximately 1" extension chain.  These labradorite stones have been coated with titanium and are a bit smaller than the other necklaces in this collections. 

The moon draws us in and we feel tied to it's cycles.  The half moon also called either the waning or waxing moon. 

Stories of the Inuit peoples say, Labradorite fell from the frozen fire in the sky, known as the Aurora Borealis.  Though to be an ordinary stone that transformed into something extraordinary, glittery, and shinning with a mystical light that separates the waking world from unseen realms.  This stone has been used by healers and shamans to aide in self-discovery, thought to be excellent for awakening one's own awareness of inner spirit, intuition and psychic abilities.  Also said to be a highly calming and protective stone.
